Service Limitations

• Telephone counselling included in the membership fee does not cover the preparation of documents or the review of document materials. If an assignment is established for a case, an agreement is made between Jurentia and the member, and measures are charged following the terms and conditions of the assignment.
• The service does not cover labour law, unemployment benefits, international trade, copyright and patent issues, or debt arrangements.
• The service languages are Finnish and English. Service in Swedish can be arranged if needed.
• Jurentia will respond to service requests within 2 business days if the service language is Finnish. For responses in English or Swedish, handling services may take slightly longer.
• Jurentia serves members across Finland, even though the physical offices are in the capital region.
