Book a mind care appointment

As a member of Ekonomit, you have access to Heltti’s low-threshold support service, which is aimed at supporting your well-being.

CURRENT CAMPAING: Mind care is 50 € per session (benefit even 70 €)

• The mindcare includes 1–3 sessions.
• You can speak to a professional without a referral; no records will be entered into Kanta.
• The first meeting is always held remotely, but you can arrange in-person sessions after that.
• A limited number of mindcare sessions are available.

Short therapy (which also serves as follow-up sessions after completing mindcare appointments) sessions 100 € per session (benefit even 30 €)

• After the mind care, you may continue with short-term therapy, during which Kanta records will be kept.

Important to note:

• This benefit is intended for all members of Ekonomit. 
• In the “Lisätiedot terapeutille (Additional Information for the Therapist)” field, please write "MEMBER OF EKONOMIT”.
• Ekonomit will not receive information on who has used this service. Heltti will verify membership to confirm the discount.
• Please cancel in advance if needed; Heltti will charge the full amount for missed appointments.
